By accessing or using NextWeb OS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NextWeb OS provides business software and services including CRM, marketing automation, website design, SEO, and related services. Service specifications are defined in your service agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and content is the property of NEXT WEB L.L.C-FZ. Your data remains your property at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, NextWeb's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law
