Clients acknowledge that:

NextWeb is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated information.

Clients understand that:

• No guarantee of specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue can be provided

10. Payments and Billing

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Remaining payments are payable according to agreed milestones

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

All payments made to NextWeb are subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.

11. Late Payment and Service Suspension

If payment obligations are not fulfilled:

NextWeb reserves the right to:

• Suspend hosting, support, or maintenance services
• Restrict access to certain services
• Delay delivery until outstanding amounts are cleared

Suspension due to non-payment does not remove the client’s responsibility to settle outstanding invoices.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the customised nature of digital services, payments may not be refundable once:

• Development work has started
• Design concepts have been created
• Resources have been allocated
• Third-party services have been purchased

Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on project status and applicable agreements.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property created by NextWeb remains the property of NextWeb until full payment has been received.

Upon complete payment:

The client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables according to the agreed project scope.

NextWeb retains ownership of:

• Development frameworks
• Internal tools
• Libraries
• Code components
• Templates
• Technical methodologies
• Proprietary systems

Unless separately agreed, clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce NextWeb-owned technology.

14. Client Content and Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their:

• Brand assets
• Logos
• Images
• Text content
• Business information
• Data provided to NextWeb

Clients confirm they have necessary rights and permissions for all materials supplied.

NextWeb is not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-provided materials.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information including:

• Commercial agreements

• Client behaviour damages NextWeb’s reputation or operations
